I have been this morning with my brother and our friend. They accommodated a food intolerance I have by offering me an alternative (meringue, strawberries and cream) and by informing me next time to give warning of my visit so that they can accommodate me. I cannot wait to visit again - we'll be taking our Grandad with us. It was a really lovely atmosphere with non-imposing music in the background. Beautiful presentation for the rest of my table. We were offered more hot water for our tea pots. It was a very beautiful experience. Thank you.

This place is genuinely lovely. The staff are super accommodating and friendly and the tea loaf is delicious.
It was also very reasonably priced. 12.50
for an afternoon tea which includes sandwich cake and a scone. If they doubled their prices i would still leave extremely satisfied.

I have been here a few times, always nice food, lovely ambience. Proper little tea room. The menu is good and I've always had good food. This time I didn't have food as we'd already eaten but the tea was lovely and plentiful.

Such a lovely find...pretty little Tea Room with the perfect hosts. Gorgeous china tea cups and serving plates for that special cream tea. Lovely 'proper' homemade food, cakes galore and the loveliest view in the garden to sit in..especially in the warmer weather. The added bonus is you are surrounded by hand made cards, local made trinkets, unusual pottery, scarfs, and chocolate to purchase! Two of the loveliest ladies serve you delicious home made produce - definately worth a visit.

Love this place. It is so unique. A small choice of sandwiches and cakes but all done so well. Lovely gifts for sale, quiet friendly atmosphere all served on beautiful china. Would highly recommend for a relaxing coffee/tea or light lunch. Outside tables if the weather is good enough.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE.
Lovely, friendly service. We had a lovely seat outside overlooking the fields/farm on a nice sunny day. This is absolutely a hidden Gem and the ladies running it deserve all the praise. Good delicious and presented with care. They do an amazing ploughman’s and special shout out for the homemade scones!
Value for money too which is an added bonus.
We can’t wait to come back, thank you!i

Quaint hidden gem in Hook on a working farm. Surroundings thankfully untouched by all the new build houses going up. Small but delicious menu. A few gift items if one wants to buy. Food price okay. Limited seating but decent parking. Lovely ambience. Met some friendly locals. Greeted by Chrissy who provided excellent service. All in all an enjoyable experience and would recommend. Oh and yes table No. 3. They should tax all the electric cars and give the petrol/diesel cars a tax break! 😂

My partner and I were having a bit of a drab day one Friday. Living near Bramley, we decided to venture over to Rosie's Tearoom for some afternoon tea. Located on a little farm near Heckfield Place, Rosie's is a beautiful tucked away tearoom that is comfortable, friendly and delicious. Chrissy makes the cakes and the warm scones, which are the perfect portion and absolutely gorgeous. There are local products in the tearoom for sale, and we had a taste for all of them, but only settling for a sweet little teapot and cup combo. If you are looking for a bit of escapism with some reasonably priced afternoon tea, look no further than Rosie's! We will definitely be going back in Spring to enjoy the surroundings and the scones!
